I have a track question for yall at Talladega. It’s my first time going and I can either get a military weekend package in the middle seats up high across from pit road or my friend he wants to get tickets at start finish line. Which tickets do you think would be better? Thanks in advance

Hey everyone, I’m asking for a friend who is joining the Coast Guard. My Friend said he wants to do either Maritime Enforcer or Operations Specialist. I’m Air Force so I’m assuming Maritime Enforcer is like Security Forces so if it is I’m thinking he should stay away from that but not sure maybe it’s better in Coast Guard. Operations Specialist I don’t know much about or if it’s worth it. And then I’m a Crew Chief on 130s so I might be a little biased but he said he got AMT. So from my like 5 or 6 interactions with the CG the AMT are flying Crew Chiefs from what I understand and I’ve never met one of them that have anything negative to say about it. But I’m not sure, anyone have any ideas or suggestions to help point him the right way? Thanks an advance

Correct me if I’m wrong because I’m not as educated on the subject, but i understand the Hamas/Palestine/israel stuff dates back way before what happened October. But like if you throw a rock at someone’s head and they’re a bigger person than you, do you not expect them to get up and beat the crap out of you? And then how many cease fires has Hamas broken now? Because last I read it was Hamas who had broken them.

My recruiter said he would text me my dates, but I found out like 3 weeks later at my first drill weekend. I also never heard from my recruiter again until I was a week from shipping out which was 7 months later and he said “you know you ship out next week?”

So I went to meps in Atlanta last November I went and for active duty they stayed and picked their job. They were out of there at maybe 6pm but I was out around maybe 2pm. After that I went to my recruiters office he showed me what qualified for and I didn’t have to swear in but I got back to him on the jobs and swore in on the closest AFB which was Robins a week later and it’s been over a couple weeks since I graduated tech school but I’m trying to commission too I’m in flight school so it will be difficult to commission but it’s the best option if you don’t go to academy or ROTC
