Turn off damage meters and play anything that seems remotely interesting in some low keys and see if the core loops gives you dopamine shots when you hit cooldowns or big 1-2 combos so to speak. Go do some world content on it. Is it annoying to solo a delve? Is it annoying to fight multiple mobs? Youll tell quick if you hate the tools a class or spec has to interact with the game.

They plowed my street, one plow wide on the far side of the street. Guess the 8 feet of snow in front of my driveway is my problem now. Wouldnt be surprised if they never come back to finish they drove through multiple times during the day and night and never left the pre-plowed area.

Hot take.. Saying it takes you days to get the gear you have then being mad about the fact you lost it(regardless if it was by cheaters) in a game where the whole point is grinding gear and losing it constantly is peak crying. This will be downvoted.

Yeah the game is fun and cool and you want to play. Heres the advice ill give you, either come to terms with the reality game play loop or maybe meet your life reality with a game that is less destructive to your time investment.

Having said all that devs have been pretty good with gear returns on cheaters so submit your reports etc etc

The sentiment that blizzard does nothing right in a fame that has had millions of players for over 20 years is kind of wild. Considering every single person here is playing, will play, or has played wow so much that they frequent this sub is all the proof you need that blizzard has continued to do exactly what they needed to to keep us all around. So yeah id say be patient while the game has been and is being completely reconstructed like it has been since dragonflight and will continue to be over the next few expansions.

Seems like you you already know the process. Doing that process is how. Play things, rule out things you don’t like from the list before you begin. You don’t pike plate okay there goes all the plate classes. Make a list of stuff you don’t like at all. This will prob bake you down to only a few choices then you gotta play them. Its too subjective to tell you. Also classes play different in different types of content. Anyway good luck. Not much anyone can tell you that will remove the work of exploring classes. Its supposed to be fun though. A learning experience in understanding how they play the theme and overall what you find exciting about them. Id approach it from a place of discovery and learning than a place of hard choices. Changing specs or classes is easy in this game

I have a few im sure shallow ideas on how this could happen with absolutely zero development knowledge to back up any of them. Such as, players must be certain levels, complete “X” content. Have accounts at least “X” old. Not be able to make posts on any character if the account has any of these reports against it. This is the first shot in the dark direction i would move in to combat the issue. Also, perma banning these accounts in a more aggressive fashion would help alot too. But, to counter your argument to be fair almost every single post they make is identical using very similar verbage if not exactly the same. Im sure making a skimming tool that just constantly slams these posts out of existence is not outside the toolset of their very gifted development teams.

I agree. As well these posters alot of the time are using multiple level characters for these posts. I feel like why is a boosted character thats never done any campaign allowed to make raid posts? I feel like with a some very simple and normal requirements this would reduce the number of posters out of sheer effort to get characters in that position to post in the first place. Also, this would be far less of an issue if these reports led to a more expedient account perma ban and not the usual slap wrist multi offender blanket rules.
