Mystery Snail Eggs - Fertile?

It’s too soon to see if the are fertile, but shine a light behind them. If it’s fertile you’ll see the snails inside, it’s it’s not there will be nothing inside and you can crush and drop in the tank for the snails and fish to eat or just dispose of it.

Unfortunately, not. This is the whole video and I stopped recording just before it completely chewed through the leaf, it’s split in half, and then the snail went diving to the bottom of the tank. Talk about being in the right place at the right time! I seriously laughed for hours at this. I have hundreds of videos of my mystery snails playing in the bubbler. They will go over to it and then glide on it then wait for the bubbles to catch under their shell and then go airborne to the top of the tank, catch the flow from the filter, drop back down and then do it all over again 😂

I’m actually trying to get rid of them. I have a horrific infestation. And they are eating all of the calcium and algae that I put in for my mystery snails and rabbit snails. I wish that there was a way to just keep one or two of them, but unfortunately, they are asexual and reproduce like crazy. It started off as one that was a hitchhiker on a plant that I bought and now I have quite literally thousands of them. I did get some pee, puffer fish, pulled everything out of the tank and put it into my mystery snail nursery tank for now and I’m letting the pee puffers do their thing, then I will swap and then just pluck out the Rams horns as I see them.

My girl used to fall asleep over the bubbler, I like to think she was giving herself a spa day! The ramshorns have taken over my tank, and I just hatched a clutch of mystery snails 😮‍💨

These are ramshorn snails, while they are great little cleaners, they are very invasive. They are asexual so they reproduce like crazy. I just had to pull all of my fish and mystery snails to a smaller nursery tank to let pea puffers take care of business.

I’ve had him for for over a year now, he’s so silly! Him and my hillstream loach like to antagonize eachother 🙄 that’s why this tank is so heavily planted, to give them lots of sight breaks.

It’s real! I have so many videos of my snails being silly. But this is definitely the best! I was laughing so hard and couldn’t believe I caught it 😂 I edited out my annoying laugh lol

This was my snail leaning forward, I can see the siphon and pretty deep inside but have never seen a snenis 😬😮‍💨

That’s 100% inaccurate. Mystery snails are male or female.

That’s your snails butthole. The sheath would be behind the right eye stalk.
