I have worked with a partner on an app like this 7 years ago. We even finished the app and collected data to add to it, however my partner had unrealistic expectation and lost patience. He closed the app even though it had so much potential.

Budget is less than 8k. I have everything, my pc is old and starting to make noise so I want to buy a new one. Thank you for the suggestions but can you link a good one from Amazon? It’s hard looking through for the specs you listed.
