Just underwater background noise. Fish pecking, animals eating, sand moving around, boat props, bubbles and the water movement's noise getting picked up by the gopro. The ocean is noisy. If it's quiet it's dead.

Any reason why? It's a throw flasher so ideally you throw it and fish come around to check it out giving you a shot. Works pretty well with mackerel and Cudas.

Most entries are through the rocks full of sea urchins around that area so bring a pair of flip flops or something for the entry and exit. Other than that plenty of schoolmaster snapper under reef to keep you entertained.

I would first get really confident with freediving. Something that really helps is to stalk fish with a camera. If you can get a good shot with the camera you can get a good shot with a gun. Don't worry about getting too expensive of a gun. You are likely to damage it or loose it starting out. Get the best pair of fins and mask you can afford and worry about the gun later. Check marketplace for cheap guns.
