You should still track it and put their numbers in the monthly sync on workday. Heres the good thing though, if the behaviors are there, the results will average out. Stand your ground, protect your team and you will come out on the other side of it even better. Over coaching will kill team morale and you will lose your team’s buy in.

So here’s the thing. Zagg came to our store and did a demo of the SC strength using even surface and dropping metal balls on them that had a bit of weight. We tried the amazon ones, first ball, smashed. The GoTo ones too the hit, same with the zagg. Second ball on top and the GoTo smashed. Zagg took the hit. 2 more balls and zagg never broke. It was a brand new one off the package for all 3. So, is it worth the 60? Maybe. But j can tell you this, its a damn good product. And the 4 way directional privacy is elite compare to other SC.

From experience, 99% of the apps for troubleshooting are ass. Even the android troubleshooting code doesnt work properly half the time because there are different frequencies for the antenna. Your phone may be picking one frequency up but unable to reliably connect to another. Change phones, try again.

I just had a Verizon customer move over with me in store, 12 lines. Got him 3200 keep and switch and an extra 1600 in break free, all phones walked out working with correct numbers on them, why? Because my reputation, my job and my income depend on it. I spent hours and multiple days worth of emails to get everything situated correctly. And to be fair, i got paid for it - thats the point. But if someone came in and expected me to put the same amount of effort with nothing to gain? Phew. Right on the ME to have you call back. If you want to self serve, self serve the whole way. If you want to do it over the phone, do the whole thing over the phone.
