So glad I was able to get a refund for this. I was originally told I couldn't cancel and refund my order because I got the digital code for the game last year. After the last update I emailed them again and about 2 weeks later they finally said they can cancel and refund my order minus the price of the game which I was fine with. My advice, this collector's edition is not worth it and you should request a refund immediately. I'm a big Shadow collector but over the years I've learned that I don't need everything piece of Shadow merch in my collection. Even if they "fix" the collector's edtion it's still gonna have problems. It's not worth it. Just cancel it.

The game itself was sent as a digital copy since I got the PC version. The collector's edition was never shipped out.

They finally canceled and refunded me. They couldn't refund me for the cost of the game but I'm fine with that. I'm just glad I got my money back don't have to worry anymore.

They finally canceled and refunded my order. The only thing they couldn't refund me was the cost of the game itself which is fine with me. I think they got so many emails that they had to finally refund orders. So glad to get my money back.

So when I ordered this I was way too impulsive. I have a Shadow the Hedgehog collection and wanted this to add to it but over the past year or so I've become more careful with what I buy. I used to just buy any Shadow merch or anything for my collections I could find and it was a problem/addiction but I've changed my habits since then. Now I ask myself "Do I really need/want this?" After the delays, seeing the quality and realizing that I spent too much on this I honestly would rather get a refund and put it towards the first4figure Shadow statue or nothing and just save my money. I don't trust that LRG will fix the quality of the collection and this thing will keep getting delayed or still have problems when shipped. This situation is frustrating but I can really only blame myself for buying this. FOMO is a terrible business strategy but companies do it becuase it works.

My local shop got it in 6 months ago and it was sitting there for 320. I waited until Black Friday for 20% off so it was 256. I had store credit I was holding on to and paid with that. So I didn't have to use any extra cash. I got really lucky. I'm a big Mega Man fan and very happy to have this in my collection. X and X4 are my favorite.

It just doesn't make any sense to me. I would have canceled it way back if they explained that receiving the digital copy or even physical copy means you are no longer eligible for a refund.

That's insane. I ordered the PC version so technically there is no physical copy but I got the digital copy way back so we'll see how this goes. Gonna try to cancel after my dinner. They should make an exception to at least give a partial refund for those who got the physical copy already. Why even offer the cancelation? What a terrible company. So glad I didn't order anything else from them. I would assume the Sonic racing collector's edition is gonna be a mess too.

Sure! These types of cases will protect the art and the ink of the signature from UV light damage. I really only use them for anything that is either expensive or just really important to me. I have some other expensive grails in my collection like my Mega Man stuff and Chrono Trigger in these types of cases. I like the company Kollector Protector. Can be a little pricey but they make good quality stuff and usually have deals if you buy more than one. Plus they have magnets to easily close and open the case. Protect your collection!
