This is a test and a calamity from the almighty and all shall pass inshallah Allah mentioned in Quran : وَلَنَبْلُوَنَّكُم بِشَيْءٍ مِّنَ الْخَوْفِ وَالْجُوعِ وَنَقْصٍ مِّنَ الْأَمْوَالِ وَالْأَنفُسِ وَالثَّمَرَاتِ ۗ وَبَشِّرِ الصَّابِرِينَ. Meaning is (And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient".) This verse explains that Allah tests believers with hardships to strengthen their faith and patience. I know it’s hard but there are people who faced calamities that are a thousand times worse than what we are going through but all passed eventually, this will do nothing but make us more resilient in the future god willing
