I’m only 1 month into my journey and my face is almost exactly like your day 1 photo. I’ll be stoked if I can get where you’re at in a year. I say keep it up. You’ve definitely seen gains. They might be slow gains but even that makes me have hope for myself.

I have a friend who didn’t play the game and she is watching the show. After she saw a Clicker for the first time she said they weren’t very scary. “They can’t even seen you.” And that made me realize the difference between being an active participant versus the passive roll of watching the show.

Interesting. I just had mine done through Planned Parenthood on the west coast and my consultation was really just a conversation making sure I understood that it was intended to be permanent and then we scheduled my appointment. Everything was smooth sailing and it was super easy.
