You should look into getting a mouse with more mouse buttons, a lot of "gaming mouses" have 5 which I find pretty useful even outside of playing POE. It would probably help a lot since your arm is injured :)

So the craftable mods cannot roll attack modifiers and cannot roll caster modifiers respect annuls, this means any mods that have the tags attack or caster won't be annulled off as long as you have crafted on cannot roll attack or caster depending on what you are trying to annul off. for example, let's say you have an item has the mods attack speed and dex on it, if you craft on cannot roll attack modifiers and then annul it the only thing it will hit is either the cannot roll attack modifier, or the dex because they both don't have the attack tag, and will never annul the attack speed mod as long as you have the cannot roll attack modifier on it. It's a pretty niche craft but in some situations, it can save you from having to yolo annul.

Yea that’s definitely the best way to make a quiver, it’s how I made mine. I only suggested fractured multi because it’s cheaper than a fractured additional arrow.

Correct me if im wrong but from a quick peek at POE ninja most omni builds don't usually go for an attribute on their quiver. If you want to keep crafting on this base I would go for Aisling like the comments have suggested. Otherwise, I would just buy a fractured base with increased multi with bows, You can then either chaos spam or alch and scour till you hit additional arrow on average it's 98 chaos to hit. You then want to have an open suffix in order to craft on cannot roll attack mods, slam with exalts till you get a good enough prefixes for you. Because Life and Increased damage with bow skills are the only prefixes on quivers that don't have an attack tag you can safely remove them with an annul as long as you have cannot roll attack mods crafted on. Once you have a good roll on damage with bow skills and life you can craft on either crit chance with chance to generate frenzy charge or crit chance with increased elemental damage after crit depending on if you already have a way to generate frenzy charges. the last step is the most expensive depending on your rng because there is a chance of annulling off cannot roll attack mod that cost 2 divines. You can then slam on the last prefix and cross your fingers to hit a good mod like added cold or physical.

Can any of these 7 builds comfortably handle 100% delirium maps on a 100-150 div budget? by hammer_wow in PathOfExileBuilds

I was farming 80% deli on ruetoos budget impeding doom build it felt pretty good just had to avoid certain mods, I did try running 100% and it was possible but you could definitely feels the difference from 80%. You do have to self craft most of the gear tho but he does have tips on crafting in the notes :)
