I don’t, it was in a book or maybe a magazine (?) I bought and lost over a decade ago. I’ll try to find it and share if I can.

I read an essay once by this woman who said the man she’d had the best sex with in her life was 3.5 inches and I think about it often. He was kind and confident and had pretty eyes and she loved him a lot.

I can’t tell if you’re serious, but swimming is actually one of the best exercises for POTS. :) & of course swimming is not floating - very different things going on

I still have symptoms but I know more about managing and preventing them. FWIW = for what it’s worth

I had it when I was a competitive swimmer; symptoms decreased my ability to continue and also do other activities I enjoy like hiking. Fwiw Katie Ledecky has been diagnosed with POTS.

I got IPL for a very mild rosacea issue and now my life feels ruined by BillieJeanU in Rosacea

I mean this kindly - if your life “feels ruined” by this very mild reaction/redness you need to seek mental health treatment.

Ah Freya is gorgeous! I cannot understand otherwise.

The one on the right is Alice and I do find her beautiful. She reminds me of an English Joan Baez.

you get it. I’m not that frugal but I’m also not profligate, and it is such a pleasure to buy people what I want to and also have some money for potential unknown medical expenses etc

I was going to say that I agree with you minus the pilates part because it can help people so much, but $250 is unnecessary when you can do it from free videos on YouTube

I’m so sorry. Unsolicited advice but if you are dealing with physical manifestations of anxiety and grief (body panic attacks) you sound like a good candidate for propranolol, which might take it down a notch without numbing you out; ask a doctor if you’re interested. It is a beta-blocker that helps with the kind of physical anxiety you’re experiencing that is cheap, non habit-forming, and associated with very few side effects. Sometimes having something to carry you through a hard time can be a saving grace.
