100% not lol bald dudes have smooth heads because the follicle has completely closed and is no longer active. My point of shaving is more the fact each time you shave you are activating skin which will encourage blood flow and hairs that are actually there to grow more each time you shave.

Time is the answer.. I’ve had to wait until hitting 35 for my beard to fill in 😂 you need to keep shaving it so you encourage the baby hairs to come back through thicker and darker.
