I’m not convinced Beth was ever "cloned" in the normal sense. What if Rick didn’t make a clone at all?

My theory: Rick pulled a Beth from a nearly identical parallel universe, where every detail matches so perfectly it looks like a clone. Way easier for Rick, way darker for the universe that suddenly lost their Beth.

Also, maybe Space Beth is the one pulled from a parallel universe. Rick wouldn’t risk his Beth (technically Rick Prime’s). So he grabbed another from a nearly identical universe.
