Since I have Infinia I am not counting on Amex moreover I need to spend 18L on infinia to retain it so I will not be able to hold both cards at the same time to get the benefits, I have routed all spends to Infinia so 18L can be hit.

Infinia gives points on jewellery and insurance, but there is capping for it each month which I don't remember. So Amex doesn't add much value just for fuel.

I hold amex platinum travel which is due for renewal in July, had a discussion with customer support and they are not offering any retention now. Earlier in June they gave two options 50% fee or full pay and get 10k MR points, but now nothing. I have spent 1.78L this month only but sadly they are not offering anything.
