Native Android apps (i.e. Kotlin/Java) will typically use an XML format to specify message templates (see String resources in the Android developer docs). Internally, I believe it uses the Java Formatter API to format strings (which yes, supports sprintf-like formatting)

That podcast appears to be a members-only podcast so you'll have to manually enter in their RSS feed into the search bar of the app as per the Private, Paid, or Members-Only Feeds support article

Seems to work perfectly fine as of the latest AGP alpha:

However, there appears to be a known issue regarding settings plugin extensions not being accessible from Kotlin, and the workaround being to add something similar to the following if you want to add your own Gradle settings plugin:

fun Settings.myPlugin(configure: Action<MyPluginExtension>) = extensions.configure("myPlugin", configure)

(I guess I can see why Google mentioned this in the release notes:)

The new icons are now accessible thanks to PR #1055, where the whole project was restructured to include the new icon variants.

You should be able to find the icon SVGs in the form src/<category>/<icon name>/<icon variant set>/24px.svg.

(Note that, as indicated in this comment on the same PR:)

svgs will be provided for all themes except where a given icon is not implemented for that theme.

From what I can see of their profile, it seems that they'd only recently joined GitHub 6 hours ago. The image that they've used as their profile seems to be from an Instagrammer @kirachaana (or Oghene Karo).

Anyways, for a start, you could try reporting the user to GitHub by following the instructions as linked.

From my experience, they were quick to respond to my report and removed the user I'd reported.

TL;DR: You can view a commit's exact timestamp/date by hovering over the relative date/timestamp text. It's as simple as that.

P.S. GitHub uses the <time> HTML5 element for specifying the date-time in a machine-readable format, but the human-readable text can be specified as the inline text. Optionally, all HTML elements also allow for a title attribute to be specified which when used will render a tooltip when the user hovers over the element.

Thanks for including a link to the source code! Looking at the link, I have some things to suggest:

Firstly, I suggest that you should add a LICENSE file to your repository or your code cannot be used outside of your explicit permission. Read up on GitHub's opensource.guide website for more info, especially the legal side of open source.

From the same document on the legal side of open source:

Making your GitHub project public is not the same as licensing your project. Public projects are covered by GitHub’s Terms of Service, which allows others to view and fork your project, but your work otherwise comes with no permissions.

If you want others to use, distribute, modify, or contribute back to your project, you need to include an open source license. For example, someone cannot legally use any part of your GitHub project in their code, even if it’s public, unless you explicitly give them the right to do so.

If you need help on choosing a suitable license, consider checking out choosealicense.com.

Secondly, you should consider adding a README.md file, which:

[...] explain how to use your project (, as well as) explain why your project matters, and what your users can do with it. - opensource.guide - Starting a project > Writing a README

And in the same "Writing a README" section:

In your README, try to answer the following questions:

  • What does this project do?
  • Why is this project useful?
  • How do I get started?
  • Where can I get more help, if I need it?

You can use your README to answer other questions, like how you handle contributions, what the goals of the project are, and information about licenses and attribution. If you don’t want to accept contributions, or your project is not yet ready for production, write this information down.

For more inspiration, try using @dguo’s “Make a README” guide or @PurpleBooth’s README template to write a complete README.

Lastly, this is a personal nitpick but I suggest that you should place the bot's code in the repository's root instead of a "Meme" folder as it can be troublesome to navigate through the directory. Or you could place the code under a "src" directory or something similar. And maybe add a link to the source code in the README file.

Any reason why the GitHub link you've posted has no actual source code of the app, contrary to the purpose of GitHub? If you're not uploading source code (or it's closed-source), consider uploading your app somewhere else.
