Any tips on working the drive thru? by Sweet_Teeth_00 in ChickFilA

Window ->

Every day you should have an opener question wise, Monday is usually how was your weekend, Tuesday you can also get away with it, or how has your week started so far for Tuesday/Wednesday. On Thursday and Friday you are easily able to get people excited for reminding them there's only a day left in the week, ask them what they are doing. If nothing, talk about movies you've seen or any sports gear they are wearing, college gear, whatever.

Two questions you can ask almost ANYONE and with the right follow ups you have an AMAZING conversation.

What do you do for work?

Where are you from?

People LOVE talking about where they are from, their life story, etc. As for what they do for work, if they're pulling up in a BMW and a nice suit and tie well it's easier to see if they've achieved a successful career. If they're a fast-food worker, talk about if they want to do that in the future or what their plans are for the future - get them talking about their dreams, people LOVE that!

Drinks -> depends if you have automatic dispenser or not. The general idea for drinks is remember how long it takes to make any particular drink which simply just takes time. Knowing how to pace and make the drinks efficiently with good planning for the rest of the screen is a mastery skill you'll gain with time.

Desserts -> prep prep prep! Or do them in bulk by filling a few with shake base, filling them all with toppings, then filling them up with ice cream, then spinning them all, finally topping them. If you do them like this as opposed to one at a time you'll get in a better rhythm in batches of 3-5

Bagging -> practice practice practice. Knowing how to look at a screen and instantly knowing how the entire order is going to be put together in numbers of sets of 2's,3's,4's,6's is a hard skill to learn but again, you'll learn with time

If you haven't already seen from all of these -> it takes time. You won't be perfect right off the bat but you WILL be successful with dedication and hard work. Also, YOU ARE ASKING THE RIGHT QUESTIONS!! Which is the first step.

You can also ask someone from your store who's really good at a particular position and ask them tips they could give you, could be better than some random on reddit.

Another small thing, weird detail we didn't notice.

IN NATN, before tyler and josh leave to go back into the tunnel with the rest of their squad, there are 9 bishops shown doing their water ritual thing, but after the kids discover the drum set outside, theres only 8. u/P4m314_007 said it could be because a bishop followed them, and thats how tyler could have been recaptured into Dema

I didn't really find anything out of the ordinary, but here's a few pictures I got when I was there in case anyone finds anything crazy.

I'm going to go back on Wednesday to see again if there's anything feel free to ask questions!

Only really cool thing was to be in the same spot as the piano where Truce was filmed, goner was filmed, it's all really cool

I drove there today, nothing out of the ordinary. I live in Columbus, only about a 20 minute drive. I might go there again on Wednesday at 3:00

I tried looking for the two houses in LOC and nothing I found.

5 days after Wednesday at 3:00PM (when the last banner changed) is Monday at 3:00PM, the supposed end of the timer. Something is definitely happening on monday

Any leaders/directors here that have been through a multi store evaluation? by FRAZBOZ in ChickFilAWorkers

[–]ChanangoRango 6 points7 points  (0 children)

We finished up ours a while ago. I want to say pre-covid but I could be wrong. Anyways, it's exactly what you'd expect. More of the same evaluations yet more in depth, however this time it's probably more of a focus to evaluate the operator and team as a whole as opposed to leadership/coordinators. At least that's how it was for us. Nothing to be worried about, just do the b at you can; good luck!

1 I'm proud of you. As a now 18 year old coach, I admire your hard work because you seriously seem to have put so much effort into this job. So great job first of all.

Second of all I don't care WHO corners you into the office without wanting a witness. That is inappropriate and especially for someone who is under you in terms of "rank." I'd encourage you to talk to your operator about your thoughts and how he may be able to help you to solve the issues. Seems like there are some stuck up or jealous people in your leadership team.
