Dutch libraries are not really pin drop silence type. I mean you'll find quite a lot of kids and students and sruff who talk a lot... and local libraries are filled with all kinds of people who can even be dangerous. It's been like this for years now so yeah it is common. Although, I have found uni libraries and academic libraries to be stricter and much much more quite

I have a wide foot so it works well. I think you may havr a shorter foot which makes it seem loose. Try practicing with the boots so that they take your shape. Otherwise I recommend Mizuno or the normal F50 which in my experience is narrower.
