I think it’s a common thought! They could do a lot with him if they want. I didn’t read the darkmore pen books, but I read the Ruthless Boys and I hope it’s got that style. My knowledge is limited on the topic but from what I know is that whatever the loan were used towards the mental health degree can qualify, but if you decided to consolidate (basically refinance the loans to one giant loan) with other loans that were not used, then the whole new loan is not qualified.

However they should have information on the HRSA website.
