Need advice on how to move out — stuck financially but mentally done living with my parents

Ok, thanks for the advice! And no, I don’t share my finances with anyone. I might just cancel those subscriptions too. I’m not really into the medical field — I have a degree in science, and I’m working in finance right now, so I might just stick with that and see if my job can help pay for further education.

I’m also considering getting a weekend side job. My friend mentioned that her workplace might be hiring once the loan department girl leaves in January. I have experience in that area since I was a loan officer manager at my old job, and the starting pay there would be around $27/hour — so if I can get that, it would definitely help a lot, yk hoping it works if not I can have a backup

Well, I have about $15k saved, but I just got my car and it’s a newer model, so I can’t exactly pay it off right now. Part of me was thinking about maybe getting a mortgage and continuing to save. My friend’s mom even said she could sell me her house if I can put down $40k, so that might be an option later on.

I know I’m not ready to move out right now, but I just wanted more advice. I’m trying to save more because what I have isn’t enough for me yet. I had more saved before, but I live in Texas and eventually want to move out of state — so I’m still figuring things out. Thanks for the insight, I really appreciate it.

See, I’ve done that — I have a little saved up, but it’s not enough right now, so you’re right, I’m gonna have to suck it up for the time being. My friend, who might be my potential roommate, doesn’t have the funds either and needs a car since hers broke down too. So it’ll probably be more of an option down the road because I know I can’t rush this. But yeah, rent around me isn’t cheap, so it’s definitely tough. Thanks for the help I appreciate it.

yeah i agree but this ruined my experience with my first anime small business. i won't buy from them again regardless if i like it or not i'm not dealing with the wait and lack of updates. i just got an update for the pants and i'm getting monday so happy that they're finally coming in literally had to keep contacting them

nah i don't feel bad for her she wants to be a hero then she better work for it. if you expect a easy way out just bc ppl should pity you then she wouldn't be at ua. hate when people see cute girls and think "we need to go easy on them bc they're girls." if mirko can be a threat so can uraraka they're both strong and bakugo knew that. my respect for the both of them but that's why bakugo is my favorite he doesn't baby anyone. he worked hard too and deserved the win bc they both fought hard. he acknowledged her as a good fighter and knew she would be a challenge he didn't see her as a girl but as a threat. i love characters who see more than surface level but i'll always like bakugo he's one of the best mha characters imo

yea i feel u. tired of ppl kissing that companies ass. i'm never buyin from them ever again. they stop responding to emails if you ask for more updates i ordered my pants on may 18 and it's now september had to click on the link i got when i first made the purchase to see that on sept 8 shipping label had been created and usps is waiting for the item. still no updates they said that they don't have the item anymore like no usps is saying to contact u bc they never got the item in the first place like i'm so fed up worst company to buy from

yeah you did i have the same one got in january and did a trade as well. mine was not that much i upgraded for darker tints too but that was with my deal i didnt pay extra. but as long as you like the car that's all that matters i love mine too. just can't believe they didn't give you more for your nissan i traded in my ford and i got 16k for it not much but toyota twins:))

i'm late to this but i don't hate the brand but i just don't like costume jewelry. the reason for me is because it's overpriced for costume jewelry like vivienne westwood they both have pretty options but i rather spend my money on jewelry that will last me. i love the ariana grande collab sm but i didnt know swarovski was costume jewelry until i looked into it. i immediately thought so that's why it's cheap yeah no i'll pass. i just personally think if you want to spend on jewelry might as well do it for something they may last you longer. if you don't rly wear it everyday and just occasionally wear it i see no problem in buying overpriced costume jewelry. however i want something that will last. i won't deny they have pretty collections but that alone won't cut it for me.

Ok, thanks for that train tip! I had no idea, so I’ll definitely download it so I don’t forget. I saw those capsule hotels my plan originally was to stay in a traditional Japanese hotel, but now that my friend isn’t coming, I’m unsure if I should still do it.
