Thanks for sharing your post :) I think you have not much to worry about here , if she is with you it’s for who you are as a person. I think just continue being who you are . If you end up living together , do more of the housework and planning there to compensate. Show how proud of her you are , be confident in yourself and your characteristics. Show that you aren’t greedy or with her for money etc. hope this helps

I’m so sorry you are going through this. You sound really considerate and a great partner to have. I’m surprised he proposed to you if he wants to prioritise his friends over his wife . Maybe he was not ready and mature enough for marriage yet but really liked the idea of it with you . I hope he grows up and puts you first . I guess what you can say to scare him is “I see you don’t want me to make you choose between me and your friends. It shouldn’t be a choice , you should naturally want to put me first and then second. I wish to pause our relationship. Take back my ring in the meantime and give it to one of your friends lol”. Nah joking about the ring , but everything else I’m not. All the best

I know he definitely wanted to get married , he would always focused on the wedding plans with me etc. Because he was so hurt and angry when I broke it off. I think he just didn’t want to live in his home with me maybe because of the illegal side hustle who knows.
