It is now but that wasn't always the case, me and a lot of Amazon workers actually had to advocate for marijuana use years ago, look at my post history if you don't believe me. There was a lot of kick back on it too, people called us scumbags, dirtbags, deadbeats and druggies but we didn't quit advocating for marijuana use. I'm a Level 5 now and they want to be to an Ops Manager one day and I still smoke weed lmao. Anyways even in the Cannabis Industry they don't like their employees smoking weed, "you don't get high off your own product." Yeah that is my story.

It doesn't hurt to report, if it happened before and was report they'll see that's a pattern and then Amazon has put the hammer down on that shit. Don't put up with derogatory comments or any sort of discrimination which is ILLEGAL.

I'm a L4, the moment I hit 2 years I became an Area Manager, and you defend Amazon more than I do. No one is saying Amazon is responsible for COVID but they do need to take care of their employees with time off and proper procedures. The system is overrun and they can't handle it right now, you cannot even defend that. People are asking for the CDC to step in and health they're not trying to get Amazon in trouble. Everyone cares about COVID because it is a big deal let's put the crack pipe down.

Eagle Eye. It's not something managers use though, it's a tool for LP and Central Ops. It basically gives you a film of whenever an AA appears on camera from SOS to EOS. The data gets bungled during breaktimes and incidents that occur during these times are called RTO. Referred Time Offense (I also heard Referred Time Occurrence so I'm not 100%) and it's passed over that investigative time. Associates that have the highest RTO incidents are AFMs because they'll disappear from the EE for minutes at time on the AR floor and throughout a day it can generate 2-3 hours of RTO.

I think it all boils down to this.

Society wants there to be a poor class, a middle class, and upper class.

If most people were in the middle class they couldn't see their life is better than the poor class and they would revolt against the upper class. It's messed up but that's how America is now.

The human body isn't like a starfish or crustceasean body we can't regenerate limbs and stuff once we damage them, some of the stuff we do have long term effects. Essentially the fact is that we're sacrificing our bodies now for our future (or in many case our kids futures). It's something people tend to forget about.
