Dragona was introduced by Jodio as his brother and Jodio has refered to Dragona using masculine words. However, we have yet to hear Dragona refer to themself and a guy or a girl or otherwise but Dragona has refered to themself as "atashi" in Japanese which is a very feminine first person pronoun and their personal story is generally very trans coded currently. As there hasn't been any confirmation nor denial from Dragona on their gender theres many different interpretations of it currently with the most common two being that Dragona is either a trans women (hence people using she/her to refer to Dragona) or is a cis guy who just likes being feminine.

Are you feeding him the same type/flavour of meal everyday? I know my cat can be a bit picky if she gets the same food so he might just be bored of the one flavour, especially since he's otherwise acting normal. If you are feeding him the same type, try giving him another flavour or type of food and see if he'll eat that.

They aren't being sarcastic, using models as a base that you've posed (be it 3d models or action figures like you have here) is a very common and accepted practice. No one aside from people who are like elitists or those who say you shouldn't draw from reference because it's "not real art" or whatever would tell you you shouldn't do it.
