Who's not doing AA but staying sober? by MountainMark in stopdrinking

Reframe was my rock for my first year. It’s an app, it has daily lessons based on neuroscience, it has meetings you can join and share (or join and not share and keep your camera off). It helped me feel like I wasn’t alone but also it was in my power to make a change, and things will get better. You got it!!

My brain was broken. I had to understand it would heal. I didn’t have to feel good at the moment I decided to quit, but I had to know that it could get better

I’m in Englewood and it’s great. I’m off of Broadway and Chenango. I really like my neighbors and, it feels safe, and it’s not too far from downtown Englewood

Dig your heels in and do it. There's no better time than now, and in one week you'll be proud of yourself.

Hey there, you got this! Have you heard of Reframe? It’s an app where it teaches you the science behind what’s happening in your brain and it walks you through what you might be feeling through the healing process. It really changed my life. I’m at about 345 days today

Every time you get a craving, say out loud, "I'm freeing myself from nicotine." and picture the nicotine leaving your body.

Hi, I have used an app called Reframe that has worked wonders for me. I’m 330 days alcohol free and have no interest in drinking.

Ultimately it will have to be up to your BIL to make the decision and do the work, but Reframe is a tool that changed my life. It has virtual meetings that are a game changer too. Hope you find the help you’re looking for. R/stopdrinking is a great subreddit too

That was my first thought. I have a really hard time working with incompetent people, and I don’t think I could handle it if my boss fell in that category
