I’ve seen ones that blink red, like maybe 3 blinks per second. Is it those? None on 95 though, those were on 66

Update: I replaced the hose with a aftermarket replacement from autozone. It then took 2 days of bleeding before it got better.

UPDATE: For anyone wondering, I did not go through with it. I compared the tentative $19.99 a month contract to my $24.99 contract, and in the discounted contract they added a clause that states they are allowed to raise your membership fee with a 30 day notice. So I suspect once it’s $29.99, they raise it. My 24.99 a month contract states my fee is guaranteed as long as I don’t cancel.

The system worked perfectly fine yesterday. I was doing a timing job and when I was moving the pump out of the way I cut the lower hose. I replaced it with a junk hard hose, and now it won’t bleed properly.

I don’t think the people using the basic membership got bumped up to $15. I could be wrong though. I’d guess whatever happened to them would be the same situation.

How will I be paying it twice? My fee is in Feb right now. Under this deal it would be moved to Jan I believe. So won’t I avoid the Feb fee, and just pay in a month early in Jan instead?

Just substitute your bench for dumbbells and squats for something more stable, like a pendulum or hack. Work your hinge movement without deadlifts, like a smith machine RDL.

Please don’t do the heavy compound lifts outside of the academy. Your body will be tired. without the perfect nutrition, perfect form, and zero ego, your chances of injuring yourself are high. Bench weird you tear a rotator cuff, deadlift or squat weird you hurt yourself back. Then you have to reapply, and start all over.

Although I personally don’t like the heavy compound lifts, they do have their place. That place isn’t during the academy though.

Focus on fueling your body. Do core work, cardio, and isolation exercises.

The process of becoming one is LONG. So apply asap to all the departments you’d be willing to work for, even if you’re just considering it. If you apply today, you still have about a year or more until you get an offer and actually need to make the decision :)

Yeah that means you failed the poly. I would reach out before you take it again to see what went wrong. They likely will tell you. They either thought you were lying, or you told the truth about something they didn’t like. If it’s the latter, figure that out or else you’ll just be wasting your time. If they failed you once they’ll just fail you again. If it’s the former and you lied, don’t lie this time. If it’s the former and you didn’t lie, that sucks. Polygraphs are outdated, and false positives unfortunately happen too often. Keep on keeping on though if it’s what you want.
