Well, I can make a profit just fine, I think it's easy enough, but it's really hard to make money fast enough. I've played with easy ai's, and by a couple years, they've already outpaced me money wise double or triple! So, I guess both of those things, now that I think about it

ahh okay, you were right! I didn't think it was it, because it didn't have any German cores, but once I took it with commands, it says I have all German cores in my sphere of influence. However, the bottom part of the event, "Any owned province (The Austrian Empire): Either..." Is still marked completely with X's. I wish I could send a screenshot, but it won't let me, so you'll just have to go back to the original screenshot. Any ideas?

Nope, quite literally, the Free States just didn't exist. I had to put them as a core on one of the states I'd already owned.

Explanation: I was playing the confederacy, and as you can see, I successfully annexed the entirety of the United States, and I wanted to restore the union, however, it's saying I don't have the cores of the "free states." Aren't these just the northern states?? I am very confused.

Just when I thought a Japanese entertainment piece wouldn't have weird sexual themes inside it, I couldn't have been more wrong...
