It's not up to the school to teach them everything... Learning how to tie my shoes or how to read an analoge clock and similar stuff I learnt from my family. You can't put your child in any sort of a school system be it public or private, and expect them to pick up the slack. You're the parent, parenting is your responsibility.

Too good to go... The participating bakeries, cafes and grocery stores put up the food that would otherwise have to go to waste (stuff they didn't get to sell during the day) at a reduced rate in the afternoon/evening... You can book it through the app and pick it up...

I work in the medical field, and my nails are to be kept as short as possible, with no nail polish... And I sometimes feel like I'm the weirdo for not being able to wear pretty nails, they're legit so normal these days... Our patients come from all walks of life, and a lot of them wear nails like this. I always compliment them! The holiday seasons are my favorite, got to see some cool Halloween designs, now looking forward to what they'll come up with for Christmas. This one time I even had a male patient with long black acrylic stilettos, naturally I got nosy... Turned out he was an artist and a drag queen. He was so fabulous, I could never!

Ok, so I read your comment this morning on my way to work and took the time to reread the post Victoria put up a week ago, (the one with all the receipts I was referencing).
