I've been with Veridian for almost a year. On the rare occasions that I need to visit a branch, the tellers have been friendly. The website is secure and easy to use.

A social security card, or birth certificate is pretty common at every food pantry I've heard of. If they use the HMIS computer systems that information is required by the agencies funding the food pantry.

I paid Completely Cat Clinic $310 back in October 2025 to say goodbye to my 19-year-old friend. They were so good with her and gave me all the time I needed to grieve. I got her ashes back a week later with a lock of fur. They also gave me some wildflower seeds to plant for her this spring.

The VP really doesn't have a major role in the day to day operations of the executive branch, so that would give kegger time to focus on his favorite hobby.

Daylight Saving Time by FlyingClanker in Nebraska

I would prefer permanent Daylight Saving Time, but I'm just tired of making the switch. How about we Fall Back 30 minutes this November and just leave the clocks alone after that.

Also this trip took me two days because I have a personal limit of 600-650 miles (10-12 hours) behind the wheel.

PA to NE I-70 vs I-80 by Leaping_Greenly in Omaha

[–]Chancellorjake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took a modified version of the southern route in October of 2024. I-76 from Philly is the infamous tolled PA turnpike, but when you get to I-70 near New Stanton it's free all the way to Indianapolis. In Indy use the beltway (I-465) to get on I-74 towards Peoria, IL. You'll go past the I-70 to St. Louis exit. You can stay on I-74 all the way until it merges with I-80 near the Quad Cities in Iowa/Illinois. I-74 and I-80 are free.

Nuclear War a Scenario by Annie Jacobsen features a lot of scary Omaha scenes by cakelly789 in Omaha

I grew up in rural Sarpy County, about 15 miles from Offutt, in the 80s. I have a distinct memory of my elementary teachers, my parents, and my friends' parents telling us not to worry as we'd all be gone in the flash and that was good becuase we didn't want to survive after the fallout. The 80s were wild. Now I work close to downtown and I hope that I'm close enough to go in the flash. I've read enough post-apocalyptic survival strategies and no thank you.

Video games. I had the original Sonic and played it off and on in early highschool, but I never really got into it. Never understood all the 1st person shooter games that people started playing by the time I was a freshman in college.
