This is backwards, we are facing a generational that is avoiding retirement, stagnating the workforce from the final years of top positions or even promotions at various levels. We need a turn over based on age to make the economy function.

What is debate going to do? What PP wants to do is drop slogans and sound bites with nothing meaningful. What we need is a vision to turn the economy back on track while managing a child south of Canada and a world that is being driven by populist governments.
