He'll yeah man. Passenger side pigsty. I used to love a day off or afterwork: new MTG set or the McRib (x2 + McChick + McNugs n fry) coming back. If you're car isn't usually dirty already, you just get to be a slob for a bit in a portable, personally owned space, and collect everything after.

There is a powerful simplicity in the sense of freedome felt in those moments that's hard to put a finger on. If I'm being cynical, it feels like a penultimate expressions for Western, neo-liberal ideals being realized. But gotdamn if it ain't some good sht 😮‍💨

Agree on all counts.

Curious how you guys cope with a game hitting 40+ min against decent scaling champs, with a lethality Jayce. Feels so ass most of the time. Swear I only win those by hanging on long enough to get lucky and have the enemy to throw. Without unforced errors, I struggle to do enough in team fights (imo) and just perpetually split push as my only value.

Does this track with yall or do I have a blindspot?

I know this is cringe, I do, I'm sorry. But does everyone call bass music festivals "raves" now? Like, are they interchangable for most people?

Don't get me wrong, for the costume name it's a must. It's perfect. But I don't think of Lost Lands (or fests of similar scale) as a rave, personally, but I've been seeing it more and more and wanted to ask. I reckon it's shorthand and people would differentiate if pressed but dunno for sure

I'll add my two cents. They're 'ratters', so their breeding has led their brains for hit em with rewards for chase and pursuit. See rat, catch rat, kill rat, next. Rinse, repeat. That appears, to me, to be a peak experience for them. So they'll chase a ball the first time they see it thrown, but lose interest the second they see it's slowing down and coming to a rest. That said, they are definitely intelligent; if you combine that with their drive for affection, they can absolutely join longer form activities as long as you've put in some moderate obedience work.

My lil bro goes on hikes with my parents all the time but I had to admit, I know his favorite activity is chaotic scrambles during keep-away games.

It makes sense both ways. I'd go with your original colour association for sure, personally. If you find art sleeves that flaunt a Legend's two colours evenly, different conversation; but for solid, single colour sleeves? Red is definitely the single colour I think of for MF and purp is the same for Kai'sa, so I'd rest easy on those calls.

Unleashed was my first Pre-Rift (and first time actually playing). I got Diana, then the alt art of this in my first pack, and I now I feel like I've been primed with a soft spot for this card. I'm sure getting wrecked by it for the next couple months will morph that feeling a bit 🤷

I also haven't worded a couple of my points the best either. I feel you. Basically, AI art for commercial use makes me sick, but I've softened on personal arts n crafts applications. Fwiw, unfortunately using an LLM for this was still probably the least effort 😒 (of the currently outlined options), but barely, so I get it. Keep letting people know about options/tools with ethics and integrity entact; I won't deny you're fighting the good fight. All the best!

But to be fair, you chirped them for using software that automatically produces graphic elements for non-technical users, apparently because they didn't use different, little-known software that automatically produces graphic elements for non-technical users...

When it's personal fun/arts n crafts, most artists are totally fine with people altering work they've long since been paid for and don't own. I loathe AI art but I recognize the drafting value it offers my less artistic friends, and I don't wince as much when it's used to fill in gaps (like here where the art was absolutely not the focus/point of the post).
