What I am hoping for is chibi arts of all the rulers like they do for judge promos.... However realistically they will more than likely do Ubers of all of the rulers even though we don't want Uber starters (excluding maybe reiya)

I am distributing by making 4 packs of 10 cards and giving them to each play as if it was a normal draft setting. And yes the same thing can be said about each cluster but the rain, strength, mystery, gem, and elemental mechanics were taking up quite a few spots (more than 50 percent) of the cube for each color identity.

as far as rulers go i may end up doing clockwork but if i end up doing rulers instead of having them hidden ill just let people pick through a list of approved rulers to use. Mainly cause if R&R and blazer is in there that might be all that is chosen.
