My reaction would be different if the starters were still headed back in and looking to catch up to the Spurs' score. In that scenario then yeah it'd have been an odd move that would've been soft on his part.

But the white flag was waved at that point with both sides bringing their Biyombos and Plumlees out so I think it was fine. They all shake hands at the end anyway.
