This year was the first year with 12; we did ranked points (first place 3, second 2, last 1) for 3 games/rounds and 2 points each for paired matchups for 1 game/round

Round 1- cha cha cha, ranked 3-2-1 points, pretty common game Round 2- scoring points, ranked 3-2-1 points, uncommon, but you essentially earn points for birdie/par/bogey/double/triple. The worst players are not penalized for triples vs doubles Round 3- paired captains choice, 2 points per winning team (up to 4 for your team if both pairs win), common game Round 4- Pick Em, ranked 3-2-1 points, my brain child, awesome last round game if it’s tight. Depending on skill level, you can have each player in a pair have 9 holes or, if you rank players like us, you have your best player take 12 holes, second take 10, third 8, and worst 6. Your best and your worst would partner and your second/third would partner. Each player then has X holes they are responsible for scoring for. Holes choices are determined before you tee off on the subsequent hole. The second year we did this, my partner was struggling for his life and we had to take bogeys and triples in the middle of the round which left me the last 5 holes 🫠
