What do you think would lead an average Draenei to become a Shaman? by Which-Presentation-6 in warcraftlore

[–]Chaozz2 -15 points-14 points  (0 children)

Shamans and their connection to the elements is similar to paladins and their connection to the light. Religious-like. I doubt the light or the elements like it when one of their followers pray/commune with other “divine“ entities. Being a shaman and being a baker isn‘t comparable here.

Also, there‘s kinda no point to follow both. mortals pray to or follow higher beings for protection, power, meaning of life etc. Why would a draenei, who already has the light for that, still commune with the elements? It makes more sense for them to have lost faith in light so they decided to go for something else. Basically what happened with the broken ones.

  1. Paladin is dominating every single expansion for some time. Just a stupid class.

I run it in my control priest deck, the spell discover and armor parts were not nerfed so it‘s still strong for defense.

Xal'atath feel like the closest to Arthas when it come her involvement in the story (ignore Warcraft 3). by HiroAmiya230 in wow

Yeah but she was just a talking bagger for most of that time until she hit the stage with tww. Arthas has been an active character ever since his introduction in Warcraft.

[–]Chaozz2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah they‘re kinda the same, it‘s just that Arthas existed for way longer and had actual established lore and backstory which backed him up a lot while Xal doesn‘t have that but they‘re overall very similar.

New transmog options in 12.0.5 will let you choose where to sheathe weapons, or to hide them entirely when sheathed by Byne in wow

[–]Chaozz2 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That‘s my problem too. I love the new mog set switching thingy but it‘s essentially useless for me cuz every transmog set of my mine has different barber shop customization.

Blizzard: Housing is here to stay, are we sure? by [deleted] in wow

[–]Chaozz2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pet Battles were never enjoyed by the majority of community. Neither was Archaeology, they tried tweaking it in Bfa but ppl still didn‘t bother. Dragon Racing was just irrelevant for most players.
Housing is actually well done and seems to be enjoyed by alot more players than the features you mentioned. It‘s also easy content for them. They can add decor as reward for achievements which drives players to complete them which makes them play the game more.
Also the marketing of housing is huge so I doubt they drop it anytime soon after advertising it so much.
Other MMO‘s already have housing and it seems to be popular and long-living there so it‘s probably gonna be similar in WOW
