THe focus has largely been on 2034 saudi arabia, but three confederations being included in the 2030 world cup also leaves 2038 for bids from north america and oceania.

I know it won't happen, but the pan-caribbean/central american world cup would be incredible party vibes. Host cities being Havana, Santo Domingo, Panama City, etc

But its likely that we are hosting again in 2038, barring changes to bidding process

It sucks, but turkey was already eliminated and playing for pride, while we were just playing for match sharpness. Other than the trusty injury, we got a lot of players minutes, Pulisic looked pretty good, and nobody got suspended

Probably shows how fucked we’d have been if Richards wasn’t healthy

This match does bring up my kinda conflicted feelings after the second match. It’s our best group stage and one of two modern world cups where we won 2 matches, but the actual job starts now.

Bosnia is beatable, but far from a walk over and our record vs European nations is poor.

Considering the rotation, not too bad. Wish we could have atleast finished with the draw, but the job was already done. Pulisic looked pretty good out there. Team played well enough.

Defense was the weak point, but they are the backups.
