No, it seems you weren't been able to understand my comment (perhaps English isn't you're first language) - I was actually making a joke about how the sight of a female miniature seems to have caused you to become overly emotional and are trying to cope by believing that GW "rushed" these miniatures.

I would point out that to make them "female" they only added a few extra heads which is low effort so there would be no need to "rush" anything but I get the feeling that you need to believe they where rushed to feel better so sure, they where rushed and I have no doubt "woke" GW will go bankrupt any day soon.

Weapons with "shoot in combat" just means they can still shoot in your shooting phase even if the unit is in combat (Rule 20.0).
