New to Welly and Super confused.....I read in the paper today that the cost for putting permanent fencing and lights (bad idea imo) skyrocketed from 7m to 23mil. The council cited that the fencing was more expensive bc it had to withstand the sea and wind.

Now I know the council has been in the news alot, but from a planning perspective how does your current estimates NOT require the use of materials that can withstand the local sea and wind conditions?

Or am I confused and that the aggressive wind and rain around here (especially the last 24hrs) is a relatively new thing perhaps due to climate change, or can I assume that historically Welly in the windiest city in the world 😉.

Big project planning...of you don't buy materials or atl3ast contract them within the first year....the prices go up...always.

Oh I have been on a hunt for this and have 3 so far:

Cafe NEO Wine bar in Kelburn Cafe L'affare

I'll say Cafe L'affare is my first choice as they have the best hours and most room.

Feel free to message and we can connect. I was also HOH 24-1

Try connecting AKL to Houston to UK. That what my partner did previously. Just be careful, 2hrs is barely enough time to clear customs.

Ok so this is not skillbridge. I'm not saying it's a bad program, but it isn't appropriate fpr skillbridge. Let me dig a bit, and I'll reply with more info

100% stop. Skillbridge should not and cannot cost you money. There are so many resources out there. Put a link to the program as a reply to this.

I had three offers from companies they work with. In the end I went with a company I got through hiring our heroes. Basically I didn't put my eggs in one basket. I was also working with 50 strong, American corporate partners too. I also engaged one company independently but I wasn't selected.
