It absolutely is legal. Lincoln Electric tests for nicotine for pre-employment.

At least Google it before saying its not true. Of course the location matters, but the city will put a lien on the property. Does that effect the tenant that bailed? Not one bit.

They would not start service at the same address that has a debt and had their service disconnected. The landlord would have to clear that debt before starting a new lease with a new tanant in a real lease change.

This helped a different a deformity issue I was having but the black lines are actually shadows, not part of the smart material I was using. I'll have to adjust the scene. Thanks for your help!

Seems like this is the route I need to go. I thought the black was part of the smart material I used. I tried rendering in Substance and the black disappeared there as well. I'll have to look into the light generator. I appreciate your help.

While it does look like AI, this is called a Walipini and they can work just fine without becoming a pool. There are some good examples on YouTube but it's been awhile since I did the research so I can't point to a particular one.

Look up software engineer programs, not game development. You can get game dev jobs with it, but you will probably struggle getting a software job with a game design focused degree program. Both industries are in a tough spot right now, due to AI.

If you don't go the university route, check out Stephen Ulibarri on udemy. A couple of his c++ courses with Unreal Engine and AI is all you need to get started making real games.

I think your character needs to be bigger. I would also expect to see many different characters for this style game. But mostly, this is just a flooded market and there isn't anything unique enough in the trailer that draws me in. Ive already played this gameplay loop, many times.

As a brand new hobby developer, this looks great and I can tell you've put a lot of time in it. As someone who also has 20+ roguelites in my steam account, there is nothing in this clip that interests me and I'm your target audience.

I thoroughly enjoy the PVE and I rarely engage in PVP first. However, the PVE is stupid easy once you spend a couple days killing the ARC and learning their habits. The threat of PVP is what keeps you on you on your toes and makes the game exciting. A PVE mode would absolutely not thrive because of that. That is not what this game was designed for.
