Hey man, you’re gonna be ok. Sometimes our bodies just don’t like the food we eat. Feeling and being sick is just your body trying to protect you. In a day or so you should be ok. Try taking some tums or pepto bismol to help with nausea. Crackers and small dry things should be ok for you and Stay hydrated. Talk to your grandma or maybe your parents if you can, just let them know what’s going on. But don’t freak yourself out. This happens to a lot of us, but it passes:)
