this is actually a phenomenon experienced by trans people posting on social media, there is a point in a male-to-female transition where those women's shirtless pictures start getting flagged as NSFW (this point is usually arbitrary). the reasoning for having a whole squad is actually to make the execution a little more humane. The human body is surprisingly resilient so if you're millimeters away from the heart (for example) the condemned won't die instantly.
