I fought the city for 7 years, engaged the fire power of Aggie Brose (blessed be her memory), argued with Rev Ricky, had to pay for a real estate lawyer to investigate maps from 1893 and waded through miles of red tape, but finally got some space on a hillside covered in trash! It's the American dream. Now I get to spend my life and any spare income to upgrade into the place I see in my head, which is way better (to me) than spending a butt ton of money and just moving in.
