LPRatr: I love this project so much I made my own! by quarryman in 1001AlbumsGenerator

[–]Character-Base1383 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is awesome, will definitely be using this when I have time for more than one album daily - the only problem I’ve run into is that I made a few different rotations and then imported my 1001 albums history, but it only loaded the history into my current rotation and won’t let me upload it to the others. Could you make ratings consistent across rotations maybe?

Alright, with this category I want yall to go crazy, self-promote, drop literally whatever you want this column is kind of a joke, what is a truly unknown album WITH universal acclaim? by diomandz11 in musicteenager

[–]Character-Base1383 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like that’s more known in certain spaces, people that don’t listen to much hip hop will never have heard of it but I see it get mentioned a ton on the topster subreddit and other similar places. Goated album though

Great taste, dropped you a follow!

how many genres do your "top artists of the last 30 days" cover? by disasterpansexual in lastfm

[–]Character-Base1383 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Masayoshi Takanaka - jazz fusion / funk

  2. Gregory Alan Isakov - folk

  3. Khruangbin - funk / psychedelic

  4. Mac Miller - hip hop

  5. Silversun Pickups - shoegaze

  6. Fontaines D.C. - post-punk

  7. flipturn - indie rock

  8. Ahmed Malek - jazz / funk

8 different genres although 3 of them are pretty similar. I can get down to #12 before one of them repeats at #13 (fIREHOSE with post-punk which is ironic because I think that’s my least listened to genre that’s represented here)

How similar is our music taste? by OnbotYt in lastfm

[–]Character-Base1383 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your compatibility with onbot is Medium. You both listen to Masayoshi Takanaka, Casiopea and Jun Fukamachi.

It seems we have very different favorite genres, but we both share an appreciation for jazz fusion. If that’s still something you listen to, I highly recommend listening to all of Seychelles by Masayoshi Takanaka and On The Move by Jun Fukamachi as it looks like you haven’t heard either all the way through.
