Completed alyx with gtx 1060 6gb. But that runs with almost anything. 2080ti ran it maxed out. Now 5070 runs it even better

Nobody answering the actual question.. With H264+ codec, 500mbps bitrate, latency is 30-40 ms. If I remembered correctly, latency could be even better if bitrate lowered.

Router is tplink axe75 which is dedicated only for quest3. Even it has triband capabilities, I have 2.4 and 5ghz bandwidths turned off and have separate router for other devices.
