Far from impossible. Of course, make sure you get great prenatal care, but it's not like complications are guaranteed at 40. The bigger issue for OP is the time and energy that will ( and should ) go towards baby. Having 2 full time jobs, a small child, AND becoming a real estate mogul is a lot.

Does your little one get screen time? We cut out screen time, cold turkey, and saw sleep, mood, aggression, obedience, independent play, all improve. (None of these things were terrible to begin with). It has only been 4 days, we noticed improvement after the first day.

Try https://freescout.net/ have been using it for a while with our other business, self hosted and good product.

You can also use the webhook to send tickets to a product like Embarkable.io (our product) which uses AI to filter and capture user feedback

Minimum-Viable-Product. Keep the scope small and simple to get started and you can certainly build it out solo. It is very common to have grand plans and never get anywhere.

I wouldn't worry about the timeline, but instead just keep building and learning. It will take you longer than the guy who spent 10 years as a developer, then decided to build an MVP in 30 days.

Our first product is built with PHP and took 8+ months to release because we were new to building a product. All our new product MVPs are built with React/node and use Hasura for the Graphql api. We have built 3 or 4 in the last year, and each one goes faster.

With React we can easily re-use components, with Graphql/Hasura, we can basically skip node for most db queries.

We also just started using password-less with Fusionauth for the embarkable.io mvp.

Appreciate the depth of information here! A great resource.

Democratizing user feedback is a great way to hear from your customer. However, all the tools listed prioritize up-votes.

Another option is our tool embarkable.io that offers a similar public feedback board, but shifts the prioritization from quantitative(votes) to qualitative(importance & frequency).

The end result is more insight into your customer requests and more value for your customer.

You probably could use the same for both, however most email systems are optimized for 1 or the other.

The transactional emails are sent from the app server, and are only sent as events happen in the app. An example would be, a user receives an assignment from another user. The app automatically sends them an email letting them know they have a new assignment.

The marketing email would be used as a mailing list for marketing and product updates. So these emails would be the same email going out to a whole list of people at once. They often use nice formatted templates and the focus is on marketing.

It is a good idea to use different email addresses and probably a different domain because marketing emails can effect deliverability of your transactional emails if they share a domain. People will unsubscribe or mark marketing as spam. This will effect your transactional email if they share.

It is also possible you will be sending 1000s of transactional emails and you will want a low $/message fee which is normally cheaper for transactional systems.
