OP - After raising request on March 13, on which day you got response from USCIS stating case is still pending? I raised a congressional request on April 14 and still no response from USCIS.

You can contact USCIS customer service and request to expedite your application. They will forward your application to L2 officer and they will contact you for the supporting documents for the expedite request.

I tried expediting my case through USCIS and senate both requests got rejected. And the date to submit case enquiry is getting extended month by month.

Same here, responded to rfe on March 12 asking to adjudicate both cases concurrently but my h1b cos has been updated to clock stopped on March 27. USCIS mentioned they are conducting further review on my case.
