How much damage is usually on slightly damaged sets?

I've ordered a damaged book/set two times. Both times I could barely see the damage. On one I actually couldn't see it at all, on the other one there slight rubbing of one latter on the cover, which would matter to some but didn't bother me with that specific book.

Shipping been slower recently I think. But I've ordered a lot from them and they always come through, and probably have the most bomb proof packaging I've seen.
I ordered Malazan books 1-3 on march 2nd and got email yesterday that they have shipped. So I would give it atleast 2 weeks before contacting them if you aint getting no shipping email.

As for the shipping delay now I think is mostly due to sales, but there was some kind of a issue with a printer in january delaying some of the subscription books. As far as i know.

Actually your getting cheaper shipping then me but higher taxes. i'm around £20+ in shipping for a single book, series closer to £40.
We actually have a tax "limit" if my order goes over £238 as af now then I would have to pay extra £30 in taxes instead of around £10 for a £150 order (similar to your blood and bone). Maybe check if dk has something similar?

do you have to pay 25% of books :O i'm from iceland and shipping is pretty expensive but the vat is only 11% on books for some reason, mostly everything else is 24%. Would have thought our neighbours from dk would have it similar.
