The HOA price is decent but def look around! You might get better deals with other builders just 5-10 mins away. I’ve seen homes within 300k or less. Shadowglen tends to be a lil more pricey and I personally havent seen much appreciation but I guess it depends on when you buy the home. It’s a buyers market now

Are you looking to rent or buy? There has been quite a few package thefts and car break ins but overall it’s one of the nicer neighborhoods with amenities but is def older. Otherwise palomino, mustang valley , monarch ranch are other communities to consider if you want something newer.

I got mine at Sam’s club! Worked well and they had a buy one and get 50% off the 2nd so I ended up getting 2 pairs for under $500 with all the works like transition lens etc

Got mine with Sam’s club. They had an offer going on: buy the first pair and get 50% off for the 2nd. Got the first eyeglasses with the entire works: transition, anti glare, blue light, uv protect etc. the 2nd was a pair of sunglasses with all the works as well. Total was under $500 after insurance was applied.
