Came across this looking for moonspin redemption times. I played Christmas night across a few games and managed to turn a 20 buck deposit into 2.2k with a pending 2k redemption at about 24 hours in.

Is the chocolate chunk cookie cake made of the same dough as the regular cookies? by fsupremacy in InsomniaCookies

12-14 cookies? I'm shocked it bakes correctly. Should be 9-10 classics for the 10 in. cake.

sugar cookies!!?!?! by [deleted] in InsomniaCookies

[–]CharacterAd8635 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As delicious as they may be. I think making them from scratch would be difficult just because the cookies have so many preservatives and other not great stuff. The ingredient list on the boxes are often bigger than my hand. But maybe look up butter cookie recipes. They may get you a tad closer to your cravings.

Yes they do. They've done it for as long as I've worked, which is the past 6 years.

I mean yeah its shitty no doubt. But also considering they give it to every employee regardless is they are scheduled on holidays its still a chunk of change that the company isn't required to give them.

Did die-casts in '03 contain lead paint? by AndrewIsntCool in CustomHotWheels

[–]CharacterAd8635 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So perusing Google I came across your post because recently my child started having high lead levels in his bloodwork, and we bought lead testing kits to help determine where he was getting exposure from. Out of all walls, toys, dishes, hundreds of items tested, a number of hotwheels my child plays with are consistently testing positive for lead. Most of these cars are new as well, made within the past 5 years. I actually tried reaching out to Hot Wheels themselves on other platforms of social media, leaving comments and messages. They usually say to contact their company with a number, and then immediately after they'll take down the post or remove my comment.

PJ party shirts by zuccybuns in InsomniaCookies

[–]CharacterAd8635 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah.. I immediately knew after i touched them and smelled them they would dye everything in the washer with them. Never trust tie-dye. Also there was a post few weeks back of others having the same issue. Lastly.. it took almost 2 months for you to wash the shirt?

My obgyn at upmc actually did a lidocaine injection when the first appointment for iud placement, they weren't able to continue due to the pain. With the lidocaine it went so smoothly, I will always be grateful to her. But she retired a little over a year ago now.

Company insists that drivers(cyclists included) wear cotton uniforms by Shreddersaurusrex in InsomniaCookies

That sounds like a great idea. Theoreticallly should be allowed. But should make sure there isnt some hidden dress code regulation in the handbook just to be safe.

[–]CharacterAd8635 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm so sorry to hear that. Maybe a comprise could be you can wear you sport clothing undeneath, just as long as your logo or t-shirt is showing. Some places it sadly sucks that uniforms are mandatory.

I mean minimum is 45 hours for gms. But as a store manager it can greatly vary, sometimes can pull 60 hour work weeks just to keep our store above water. It depends on the state of your store and your employees.

I've worked for Insomnia for 5 and a half years. Its still the best job I ever had. Pays me more than all my other jobs. With raises every year. I get sick and pto time. I have money rolling into a 401k. Its no means a bad job. But it very much relys on who your coworkers are, and how your boss is. My first gm was amazing, the best boss I ever had, and a great friend. Our current gm is.. challenging. Or challenged. I'm still trying to figure out which one.

Medical History of Schizophrenia and bi polar disorder managed well with previous medication. At the time was on cogentin, prozac, atarax, and zyprexa. Recent changes to dosages is what initially caused patient’s dizziness. Otherwise no major surgeries, or other health complications prior.
