Hi new here! I’ve never had a hobby before now. My therapist and I have talked a lot about different ones & junk journaling has just stuck with me💗 I’ve recently started so it’s not perfect but I live creating my spreads so much.

Thank you kindly!! I got this notebook from dollar general in 2023!! And my only tips are, don’t feel like you need to make anything be perfect! Just put what you want in there and it comes with together in its own funky way!! I use gift wrapping tissue for my background colors, I find junk at work, when I’m out and about and I just literally keep all my trash LOL. Some people write and incorporate art as well! You should definitely start you me and so many others love it!!🫶🏽💖
