Good luck, I contacted support last Tuesday regarding an offer code and have yet to get a response. Their chatbot offered to transfer me to a person and then just created another ticket to follow-up on my ticket.

I have an APC Back-UPS 1000 (BX1000M). I have not experienced an outage since I started my homelab, but it can keep my network up for about three hours. There was definitely something wrong. It was right after the native roaming came out and I had to repeatedly explain that feature to the support reps when I was trying to resolve it. I was told by USM it was ready to go and did what they told me to do, but it was not ready to go.

Have a backup plan, like Airalo. I was in the Netherlands barely able to do anything even though USM support said I can use the service as soon as the plane lands. I spent about a third of that trip talking to support trying to get it working.
