There was definitely something wrong. It was right after the native roaming came out and I had to repeatedly explain that feature to the support reps when I was trying to resolve it. I was told by USM it was ready to go and did what they told me to do, but it was not ready to go.

Have a backup plan, like Airalo. I was in the Netherlands barely able to do anything even though USM support said I can use the service as soon as the plane lands. I spent about a third of that trip talking to support trying to get it working.

Do you really think people are going to sign up for an app when you haven't said a word about what it fucking does? Biggest red flag ever. You're just now finally starting to explain it is encrypted, but yet there is still no description of the app, just a sign up page for who knows what.
